At LOOJI, we aim to process refunds as quickly and smoothly as possible once a return or cancellation is approved. Refunds are generally completed within 5β7 working days, depending on the payment method used and bank processing timelines.
The refund process begins after the returned product is received at our warehouse and successfully passes the quality check. In case of order cancellations, refunds are initiated once the cancellation is confirmed and approved. You will receive a notification when your refund is initiated.
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used during checkout, such as UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, or wallet. Please note that while LOOJI initiates refunds promptly, banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
If you opted for Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as per the details you provide during the refund request. Ensure that your bank information is accurate to avoid delays.
