If you notice damage or a fault, please report it as soon as possible within the time frame mentioned on your order details. Log in to your LOOJI account and go to My Orders, select the affected order, and choose the Damaged / Faulty Product option. Guest users can raise a request using the order link shared via email or SMS.

When submitting your request, upload clear photos or videos of the damaged or faulty product, outer packaging, and invoice. This evidence helps our team verify the issue efficiently and speeds up the resolution process.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, LOOJI will arrange a replacement or return pickup at no extra cost, depending on product availability and your preference. In some cases, additional verification may be required before approval.
