At LOOJI, we understand how concerning it can be when a payment fails, but the amount is debited from your bank account. Such issues usually occur due to temporary network problems, bank server delays, or interruptions during the payment process.

In most cases, if the payment fails and the order is not confirmed, the debited amount is automatically reversed by your bank or payment provider. This reversal typically takes 5–7 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time. No action is required from your side during this period.

To check the status, please verify whether the order appears under My Orders in your LOOJI account. If the order is not listed or shows as failed, it means the payment was unsuccessful and a refund is already in process. You may also check your bank statement for the reversal.

If the amount is not credited back within 7 working days, please contact your bank or payment provider first, as they can provide transaction-level details. Keep your transaction ID or reference number handy for faster assistance.

If the issue still remains unresolved, reach out to LOOJI Customer Support through the Help Centre with your transaction details. Our team will coordinate with the payment gateway and assist you until the issue is resolved.
