Even for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, LOOJI does not charge any additional delivery or handling fees. You only pay the product price at the time of delivery, making COD orders simple and convenient.

If an order is cancelled before dispatch, there are no shipping-related deductions from your refund. Since shipping is free, refunds are processed for the full product amount.
