Keeping your delivery address and phone number up to date on LOOJI helps ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries. To update your details, log in to your LOOJI account and go to My Account. From there, select Address Book to add a new delivery address or edit an existing one. Make sure to enter complete and accurate information, including PIN code, city, and state.
To update your phone number, visit the Profile section under My Account. Enter your new mobile number and verify it using the OTP sent to your device. A valid phone number is important for order confirmations, delivery updates, and communication from our courier partners.
Please note that address or phone number changes do not apply to orders already placed. For any urgent corrections after placing an order, contact LOOJI Customer Support as soon as possible, and we will try our best to assist before the order is shipped.
