The COD charge is clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order. There are no hidden fees, and the final payable amount, including the COD charge, is shown in the order summary for full transparency.
COD availability depends on your delivery location and courier serviceability. Some remote or limited-service areas may not support COD. In such cases, prepaid payment options will be available during checkout.
Customers must ensure that the exact payable amount is ready at the time of delivery. Courier partners may not always be able to provide change. Refusal to pay the COD amount may result in order return.
If a COD order is cancelled before dispatch, the COD charge will not be applied. However, if a COD order is refused at delivery without a valid reason, future COD eligibility may be restricted.
For returns on COD orders due to damaged, defective, or incorrect products, refunds are processed as bank transfer or store credit, as per LOOJI’s refund policy. The COD service charge may not be refundable in such cases.
COD orders may require order confirmation via OTP or call to reduce failed deliveries. Orders not confirmed may be automatically cancelled.
Repeated order refusals or misuse of COD may lead to temporary or permanent restriction of COD access for the customer account.
