At LOOJI, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we offer a return facility on eligible products to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Return eligibility depends on the product category, condition of the item, and the reason for return, as per our return policy.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and invoices intact. Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering may not qualify for return. Certain products, such as perishable goods, hygiene items, or customized products, may be non-returnable.

Returns must be initiated within the specified return window mentioned on the product page or order details. To initiate a return, log in to your LOOJI account, go to My Orders, select the item, and choose the Return option. Guest users can initiate returns using the order link sent via email or SMS.

Before approving a return, our team may request photos or additional information to verify the condition of the product. Once approved, pickup or return instructions will be shared based on your location and the product type.
