👉Return Process

At LOOJI, we have designed a simple and transparent return process to make your experience hassle-free. If your product is eligible for return, you can easily initiate the request by following the steps below and get timely support from our team.

First, log in to your LOOJI account and go to My Orders. Select the order containing the item you wish to return and click on the Return option. Guest users can start the return process using the order link sent to their registered email or SMS.

Next, choose the reason for return and provide the required details. You may be asked to upload clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and invoice. This helps our team quickly verify the issue and approve your return request.

Once your return request is approved, LOOJI will arrange a pickup from your delivery address or share self-return instructions, depending on your location and product type. Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging with all accessories included.

After the returned product is received and passes quality checks, a refund or replacement will be processed as per LOOJI’s return and refund policy. If you need assistance at any step, LOOJI Customer Support is always available through the Help Centre to guide you.
