Checking your order status on LOOJI helps you stay informed about every stage of your purchase, from confirmation to delivery. Once your order is placed, it goes through multiple processing steps to ensure safe packing and timely dispatch.

You can view your order status by logging in to your LOOJI account and visiting My Orders. Select the relevant order to see its current status, such as Order Confirmed, Processing, Shipped, Out for Delivery, or Delivered. Each status gives you a clear idea of where your order stands.

For guest checkout orders, order status can be checked using the tracking link sent to your registered email or SMS. Enter your order number or mobile number to access real-time updates without creating an account.

After your order is shipped, courier details and a tracking ID will be shared with you. This allows you to follow delivery progress on the courier partner’s website, including estimated delivery dates and delivery attempts.
