Tracking your order on LOOJI is simple and helps you stay updated on your delivery status at every step. Once you place an order, our system processes it quickly and prepares it for dispatch from our warehouse. You can easily monitor where your package is and when it will arrive.

To track your order, log in to your LOOJI account and go to My Orders. Select the order you want to track and click on the Track Order option. You will see real-time updates such as order confirmed, shipped, out for delivery, or delivered, along with the courier details.

If you placed an order as a guest user, don’t worry. You can track your order using the tracking link sent to your registered email or SMS. Simply click the link and enter your order number or mobile number to view the latest status.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier partner information. You can use this tracking ID on the courier’s website for detailed delivery updates, including estimated delivery dates and delivery attempts.

If your tracking information is not updating or your order is delayed, please allow 24–48 hours for updates. For further assistance, contact LOOJI Customer Support through the Help Centre. We’re always here to ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience.
