If you have received the wrong product, log in to your LOOJI account and visit My Orders. Select the affected order and submit a Wrong Product Received request through the Help Centre. Guest users can report the issue using the order link sent to their registered email or SMS.
When submitting your request, please upload clear photos of the received product, outer packaging, and invoice. This helps our support team quickly verify the issue and arrange the appropriate solution without delay.
Once verified, LOOJI Customer Support will arrange a replacement with the correct product or issue a refund as per our return and refund policy. Our goal is to resolve the matter promptly and ensure a smooth, trustworthy shopping experience for you.
