Before reporting a missing item, please check your order details in My Orders to confirm whether the product was part of the same shipment. Some orders may be delivered in multiple packages due to size, weight, or availability, and remaining items may arrive separately.
If you are certain that an item is missing, log in to your LOOJI account and go to My Orders. Select the affected order and raise a Missing Item request through the Help Centre. Guest users can report the issue using the order link sent to their registered email or SMS.
When submitting your request, please provide clear details such as the missing product name, quantity, and photos of the received package and invoice. This information helps our team verify the issue and take faster action.
Once verified, LOOJI Customer Support will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy. We aim to resolve missing item cases as quickly as possible to ensure your shopping experience remains smooth and reliable.
