At LOOJI, we understand that sometimes you may need to change or cancel an order after placing it. To offer faster deliveries, orders are processed quickly, so modification or cancellation is possible only within a limited time after checkout.
To modify or cancel your order, log in to your LOOJI account and go to My Orders. Select the order you wish to change and check if the Modify or Cancel Order option is available. If the order has not yet been packed or shipped, you can successfully cancel it or update details such as quantity or delivery address.
If you placed your order as a guest user, you can manage your order using the link sent to your registered email or SMS. Enter your order number and mobile number to check eligibility for modification or cancellation. Availability depends on the current order status.
Once an order is shipped or out for delivery, it cannot be modified or cancelled. In such cases, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product, subject to LOOJIβs return policy and eligibility conditions.
